This long-running graduate training program provides hands-on training in all aspects of product management. The program is open to new grads and people in the early stages of their career.

Run by a fast-growing, British health and beauty company, the program is structured with clear KPIs, and 6-monthly progress reviews and salary increases. Many past trainees are now in senior roles within the company or the industry.

During the program, you will gain knowledge and experience of all aspects of product management and manufacturing. You will provide hands-on support to the Product Managers, and be the primary contact for external partners, providing information and responding to queries efficiently and accurately.
You will act as project manager for multiple projects, learning the skills involved in new product development and critical path management. A strong communicator, you will liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, as you proactively support the NPD process.
